Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect:

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Typical retention periods are:

• Contact form messages: 7 years or until you ask us to delete them
• Account data: for as long as the account is active, then deleted per the Account and data deletion section
• Transaction records: 7 years (tax and accounting requirement)
• Crash logs and diagnostic data: 90 days
• Aggregated and anonymized analytics: indefinitely, as it cannot identify you

This section applies to all mobile applications published under Emeralab LLC's Apple App Store and Google Play developer accounts.

The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Our website may use local storage or similar technologies to remember preferences (for example theme and language). We do not use these technologies to sell advertising based on your personal information.

Mobile apps may store similar preferences on-device and may use platform-provided analytics or crash reporting subject to Apple and Google settings and permissions.

Our mobile apps may request device permissions (for example notifications, camera, photos, or location) only when needed for a feature. You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings; some features may not work without them.

The Services may contain links to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage you to review those policies before providing personal information.

Apps published by Emeralab LLC may collect different types of data depending on their features and how you use them. Each app's specific disclosures will be listed here when those apps are published.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by other reasonable means. Continued use after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
